As a Clinical Genetic Molecular Biologist scientist (CGMBS) licensed in California, Arnoldo has over 15 years of experience in laboratory processing and quality management. His keen attention to detail and commitment to excellence have earned him a reputation for delivering accurate and reliable results in even the most demanding environments. Arnoldo is also certified in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, enabling him to streamline processes and drive efficiency in his work.

Arnoldo's passion for agriculture runs deep, cultivated from a young age by his family's farming heritage. He learned the art of farming from several relatives, including an uncle who owned a grape vineyard supplying Gallo Wineries. Under his father's guidance, Arnoldo gained invaluable expertise in farming practices, from soil management to crop cultivation, from his small family farm. He further grounded his passion for his ancestry and agriculture embracing his cultural roots. 

Combining his scientific knowledge with his agricultural roots, Arnoldo is dedicated to exploring innovative ways to improve farming practices and promote sustainability. His diverse skill set allows him to approach challenges from multiple perspectives, driving forward-thinking solutions that benefit both the environment and the community.

In his spare time, Arnoldo enjoys spending time creating music, creating craft beers, and exploring new scientific and agricultural techniques. He is also an avid traveler, always seeking to learn from different cultures and landscapes to enrich his understanding of cultural agriculture and science.

Martha Elena Berber, a woman whose journey is as rich and diverse as the flavors of her heritage. Born in the heart of Zacatecas, Mexico, on her grandparents' humble farm, Martha's roots are firmly grounded in the soil that sustains life. At the tender age of three, Martha's family embarked on a journey to Long Beach, California, seeking new opportunities and a brighter future.

Martha's academic journey led her through the halls of Long Beach State, where she pursued her passion for understanding the human mind. Graduating with a degree in Psychology, she delved deeper into the intricacies of human relationships, earning a master's degree with a specialization in marriage and family therapy, focusing on children.

For the past 18 years, Martha has dedicated herself to community-based mental health, tirelessly supporting individuals and families through their toughest times. Her work is more than a profession; it's a calling—a commitment to empowering others to overcome challenges and find their inner strength.

In the serenity of Oahu, Hawaii, Martha exchanged vows with Arnold, her partner in life's adventures. Together, they are raising a fiercely independent young boy whose insatiable curiosity for science and biology mirrors their own passion for learning and exploration.

Beyond the confines of the city, Martha and Arnold own 40 hectares of Agave Tequilana in Mexico, where they indulge in their shared love for farming and agriculture. Arnold's wild experiments and innovative ideas never fail to spark Martha's curiosity, making their farm a hub of creativity and experimentation.

Martha's interests extend far beyond the fields. She finds joy in the culinary arts, exploring new flavors and techniques in the kitchen. At the gym, she channels her energy into maintaining a healthy lifestyle, while her love for reading takes her on journeys through the realms of homeopathy and spirituality.
